FRAME - ScarabRV has a fully welded tubular steel frame providing a skeleton similar to that of a light sport aircraft. This allows us to keep the weight reduced while providing a sound structure. The frame provides a sturdy understructure for mounting of the suspension, top wing deployment gear motors and body mount hard points. All-in-all, ScarabRV has the lightest most feature packed ultralight tent camper available in the world today.

BODY COMPONENTS - ScarabRV has a fiberglass composite body mounted to an all welded tubular steel frame. Our fiberglass body panels are designed to integrate structurally with the steel frame to provide a solid platform for travelling, storage and comfortable camping. We have developed our patent pending frame to provide a strong, self-supporting outer wing assembly at both sides, extending the sleeping area well outside the area of the trailer cargo area. This is done with a supporting telescopic internal structure unique to the camping trailer world. It is this configuration along with other unique innovations that make ScarabRV an exciting new entry into the compact camper and ultralight tent camper arena.
